Sheet Plant
In our 130,000 sq. foot Livermore facility, we have full corrugated manufacturing capabilities and can handle everything from short runs up to truck-load orders. We have a wide range of equipment available that can die cut, print and glue boxes ranging from small candy boxes to very large mattress boxes. We partner with multiple box and paper fabrication plants to provide our customers with folding carton, litho-laminate, and single faced laminate packaging. Additionally we warehouse our own stock of stretch film, poly-bags, tape and other ancillary packaging materials.
Large Format Digital Press
Heritage owns and operates a state-of-the-art VUTEk QS3200 large format digital press, which combines print resolution up to 1080 dpi with six color plus white process printing and EFI Fiery XF image processing and unique image smoothing technologies, enabling the VUTEk QS3200 to print dazzling images and sharp text at speeds of up to 900 square feet (84 square meters) or twenty-two 4'x8' boards per hour. The QS3200 prints on a wide variety of flexible and rigid substrates up to two inches (5.08 cm) thick and 126.5 inches (3.2 meters) wide.

This state-of-the-art facility provides Heritage Paper with only the best quality of corrugated sheets, enabling us to provide our customers with the highest quality of corrugated packaging.

At Heritage, our in-house woodshop design and fabrication teams specialize in the design and production of every type of crate–including wood, steel and plastic–built to your strictest specifications. Using only quality wood, nails, foam and other custom sourced materials, we're able to ensure a superior crate that keeps its contents in perfect condition, no matter how rough the terrain gets. Our expert craftsmen will create customized containers built to your most rigid specifications.
